This dip is super easy and guaranteed to please the crowd. Best of all it has less fat and sodium than other recipes.
1 8oz bar of cream cheese
1 can of your favorite re fried beans.
1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese.
(Use your favorite type of cheese)
1 can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and chilies.
1/2 cup of sour cream.
In a medium pot on med/low heat, empty re-fried beans and stir
until warm. Add cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Occasionally stir until blended and cheese is melted, add sour cream.
When mixture is heated through and right before serving is
the time to add the can of diced tomato/chili mixture.
Turn heat off and let sit for few minutes while stirring occasionally.
Pour into serving bowl and serve with a nice sprinkle of cheese on top.
